Where we ship
ORSC MAKEYON ships eligible orders within the United States and U.S. territories unless a product page, checkout step, carrier restriction, or applicable law states otherwise. International shipping is not offered unless shown at checkout.
Processing window
Paid orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after address, payment, inventory, tax, and risk checks are complete. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Delivery estimates
Delivery methods, pricing, taxes, and estimated timing are shown before payment. Carrier delays, weather events, address issues, and high-volume periods may extend delivery timing.
- Standard delivery target: 3-6 business days after processing.
- Expedited delivery target: 2-3 business days after processing.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete shipping address. If an address needs correction, contact support as quickly as possible; changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins.
Lost or damaged packages
If a package is missing, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but not received, contact support with the order number, carrier details, photos when available, and the delivery address. Replacement or refund handling depends on carrier review and this policy.
