How order changes and cancellations work.

Cancellation timing
Customers should contact support as quickly as possible to request cancellation. Cancellation may not be possible after fulfillment has started.
Address edits
Address changes may be possible before fulfillment begins. Customers should provide the order number, email, original address, and corrected address.
Review and security
Orders may be paused, declined, or cancelled if payment, inventory, risk, tax, address, or policy review requires it. Customers should receive a clear notice where legally required.
Refund timing
If a paid order is cancelled, refunds should return to the original payment method. Bank or card processing time may vary.
